Entry Fee Reduction Request

Non-profit organizations are welcome to apply for a reduced entry fee of $125.00.
We have first hand knowledge on how difficult the standard entry fee can be on a non-profit
and we do not want to discourage you from entering the parade. In order to accomplish
this and still allow your non-profit organization into the parade at the reduced rate, we are requiring proof of non-profit
status.
Proof of Non-Profit Status: In addition to completing the above information, you must attach a copy or your IRS
Determination Letter that granted your organization the non-profit status. An
example of this would be your 501(c)(3) Determination Letter.
Attach this form along with proof of non-profit status to your
application and your check for $125.00 made payable to Festival of Lights. If
