The Parade Route is on Tejon
and is between St. Vrain (one block north of Boulder) and Vermijo (Court House Street).
The
Parade starts at exactly 5:50 p.m. and will last one hour; however, the parade will get to Pikes Peak Ave. at 6:00 and will
start at Colorado Ave. at 6:10. When you see Santa Clause, the parade is over. Drive with care because a
lot of people will be leaving downtown.
Senior Home busses will be parked on the northeast corner of Tejon and Vermijo and take
up 7 parking meters. Don't stand there because the busses will block your view.
Many parking meters
will show no parking during the parade so the best parking is in the parking garages. There are 5 parking garages
within a block of the parade route. Do not disregard the hooded meters because your car will be towed at the exact time
it tells you to move your car.
